The data may be used variously by Audiences South West and allied arts agencies governed by the terms of the Data Protection Act. SWAM is registered with the Data Protection Registrar - registration number: PZ5223036

We will remove a person's name from the databases upon request. In agreeing to allow your details to be stored in the first instance you recognise that we may retain your postcode information (without the property address) for statistical purposes.

Personal details will not be sold by the agencies involved to manufacturers or marketing companies for the purposes of creating mailing lists.

Newsletters by email will contain the means of allowing you to unsubscribe from that mailing list.

Commercial information protection

It is our objective to promote the commercial interests of professional arts organisations and individuals through development projects and marketing but this requires hard accurate data. We are aware that data provided by professional organisations may be commercially sensitive and we undertake to protect it accordingly.

Remedies

In the event of Audiences South West being found to have breached this privacy policy, it will undertake to remedy the breach forthwith.
